Spending the rest of the evening catching up on all the photo editing I put off.

And my unmade bed. >.<
Carved pumpkins with my dad this year. ^.^ We put green glow sticks in the giant pumpkin and a little batterie powered “candle light” in the mini one so it had a little flicker effect. It was pretty awesome to say the least. Everyone was taking pictures and commenting on them when they came up to our house. Definitely a successful Halloween. :P
I also spent $32 on Halloween candy! >.< A couple of my friends called me an idiot for spending so much and I guess they’re right. But I find it a lot of fun handing out candy to Trick-or-Treaters. It has always been my favorite holiday and when I was a kid, I remember older college kids making my experience a lot of fun! Just doing my part to make sure they have a fun experience.
At the end of the night, four middle schoolers rang my door bell and as hard as they tried not to laugh, I saw through their scheme. :P These little girls did a second round to my house and so I asked them if they saw any other kids still out there. Before answering, they quickly glanced at each other with their devilish grins which then prompted the following dialogue:
Girl #1: Nope!
Girl #2: Can we have a double scoop of candy then?
Me: Sure, why not!
*My bowl still full*
Girl #3: Can I pick the ones I want?
Me: Yeah, go ahead.
Girl #4: Can I have the rest??
Me: Well, alright!
I remember one of the years Trick-or-Treating with my best friend, Max, and some lady dumped her entire bowl in our bags at the very end of the night. So I know exactly how they felt as they giggled running down the street. Last night made me really nostalgic. *sigh*
I hope everyone had a wonderful Halloween. (:
This past year has been wonderful, crazy, and everything in between. I was going to post this extensively long novel recapping my year about the people I’ve lost and the crap I’ve been through. Blah Blah Blah. But I wanted my last post of 2011 to be of the one person that has been by my side supporting me every single day this past year.
You are utter perfection.. ❤
Are you a Johnny Cupcakes lover? Come to his lecture on January 21st! You won’t be disappointed. (:
Stuck in bed all day with a cold. This blanket my Tutu’s sister made is the prettiest and warmest thing ever. :3
Finally developed my roll of film. Here’s a quick shot of my friend Michael and his amazing Anime sketches. I’m rather fond of this photo. :3
Saw a girl flaunting this dress in the store and she looked great in it. Since she highly recommended that I try it on, I knew I had to give the dress a go. The pleats need ironing and so do the ruffles. LOLOL. My first dress with ruffles. WHOO!
I would gawk at this at the Ala Moana kiosk every time I passed it. Austin finally got it for me. :3 ❤❤❤
Last night was so delightful and I consider it one of the best nights I’ve had in a while. The Johnny Cupcakes lecture was incredible; this man is absolutely brilliant and I really wish I was able to stay past the Q&A so I could pre-order his limited edition shirts. >.< Being able to experience that lecture makes the blow a lot easier though. Nonetheless! I have the entire night recorded on my phone and I’m pretty damn inspired. PLUS, I got to play with the doggie wandering around the cafe and left with a goodie bag. Hehe ^.^
“On April fools, I’m going to open ‘Johnny t-shirts’ and sell cupcakes.”
If you didn’t attend, lets just say: YOU MISSED OUT.
xo
Played Scrabble with my family today. The giant Scrabble board adds to the fun. I’m glad I got it! :3 Now, on to my paper. -.-
